mi-nagi.com collects as little as possible. This page lists what we do keep, why, and who processes it for us.
Who we are
minagi is made by a small Dutch company. Questions about this statement go through the contact route on this site; press questions through the press page.
Your e-mail address
When you leave your e-mail address for a heads-up about the Kickstarter launch, we store it with MailerLite, our mailing processor in the EU. We use it for the launch mail and a small number of updates around the campaign. Every mail carries an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share the address.
The conversation with Mira
Mira is an AI-generated character. Her answers are produced by an AI service, Anthropic, which processes the text of your conversation on our behalf to generate a reply. It is used for that reply only and is not used to train models.
The conversation itself stays in your browser tab and disappears when you close the tab. On our side we log the time, the language, the number of messages and whether an e-mail address was left. We keep no message content and no IP address.
If you leave your e-mail address in the chat after Mira invites you to, we add it to the launch list at MailerLite, marked as coming from the chat. Please share no other personal data in the conversation.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Hosting logs at our provider, Vercel, are kept briefly for security and are not used to profile visitors.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time through the contact route on this site. The unsubscribe link in every mail removes you from the launch list directly.
